Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?  We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.​

What is your cancellation policy?  We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.​

 

Do you offer gift cards?  Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased online or in-store, perfect for any occasion.​

 

We suggest arriving 15-20 minutes for paperwork, beverages and to change into a robe. Tables are in a single room and double may be shared. Late arrivals could affect service times. ​
